We recommend reservations up to 30 days before departure, but we also accept last-minute bookings. Confirmation is subject to available space for local services. There is no last minute service fee payable at this time.

Reservations required a deposit of 30-50%, according to trip length & destination among other factors. Deposits may be made securely through PAYPAL & final balance payments may be made by PAYPAL, two weeks prior to departure or, depending on the date of the reservation, cash payment on board can be accepted.

If you must cancel your participation on a trip, for any reason, payments made will be returned, less a cancellation fee computed per person according to our policy, based on the date our office receives written notification of your cancellation. We refund 50% of the deposit made, for all reservations cancelled 60 days prior of the date of the trip’s departure. Any cancellation received less than 60 days prior departure’s date, will result in the complete loss of the deposit. Any cancellation received less than 14 days prior arrival’s date, will result in the complete loss of the total payed amount.
